Refer & Earn Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the ZoneWise Refer & Earn / partner programme described on the homepage (“Programme”). By registering or submitting a referral you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 or over and able to enter a binding agreement.
- You may not refer yourself, your own company or a company you own or control.
- ZoneWise staff and anyone acting for the referred business are not eligible for rewards on that referral.
2. How the Programme works
- You receive a referral link or code. A referred person’s activity is tracked to your link for 90 days, as stated on the Programme page.
- The referred person must be a new client who has not previously enquired with ZoneWise.
- If two partners claim the same referral, the first valid tracked referral is credited.
3. Qualifying referral
A referral qualifies only when the referred client purchases a qualifying ZoneWise service, the service is completed (for example the licence or registration is issued) and ZoneWise has received full payment of its fees in cleared funds.
4. Commission
Commission is calculated on ZoneWise’s service fee (not on government or third-party fees) using the partner tiers shown on the Programme page — currently Bronze 10%, Silver 15%, Gold 20% and Platinum 28% by monthly referral volume. The earnings calculator on the homepage is illustrative. ZoneWise confirms the applicable service value and rate in writing when you register or when a referral is recorded.
5. Payment
- Commission is paid within 14 days of service completion, as stated on the Programme page, by bank transfer, UPI (India) or Wise transfer.
- You are responsible for any taxes on commission. ZoneWise may ask for supporting documents and may withhold amounts where the law requires.
6. Cancellations, refunds and reversals
If the referred client obtains a refund or reverses payment, or the engagement is cancelled, the related commission is not payable and any amount already paid may be recovered or offset against future commission.
7. Rules of conduct
- Do not spam, mislead or pressure anyone, or contact people who have not agreed to hear from you.
- Do not promise or imply guaranteed visas, bank accounts, licences, tax outcomes or search rankings.
- Do not impersonate ZoneWise or use its brand or logo without written permission, and do not bid on ZoneWise brand terms in paid search.
- Only submit a friend’s details if that person has agreed to be contacted.
8. Personal data
ZoneWise processes your data and any referred person’s data as described in the Privacy Policy, and uses a referred person’s details only to respond to the referral and record attribution.
9. No agency or employment
You act independently. Nothing creates employment, partnership, agency or authority to bind ZoneWise.
10. Suspension, changes and governing law
ZoneWise may suspend participation and withhold commission obtained through breach, fraud or abuse, and may amend these terms with notice on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of the emirate where ZoneWise’s registered office is located.
