Refund Policy

This policy summarises how refunds work for ZoneWise services. The quote or engagement letter you accept controls if it differs.

Government and third-party fees

Fees paid to authorities, free zones, banks or other third parties on your behalf are generally non-refundable once submitted, because we cannot recover them.

ZoneWise service fees

If you cancel before we have started work, we will refund service fees paid, less any costs already incurred. Once work has started, refunds depend on the work completed and are set out in your engagement letter.

Outcomes we cannot guarantee

Licence, visa and bank-account decisions are made by third parties. A refusal is not, by itself, a ground for a refund unless your engagement letter says so.
